I think I’m living proof that spirituality can coexist with down to earth authenticity.

I'm Dianysa, also known as Dee, and I am the proud founder of Dee Asana. As a Newyorican boy mom currently living in Boston, MA, I bring a unique blend of cultures and experiences to my practice. I'm a triple Cancer, with sun and moon in the 12th house — I know that’s a lot of water. There are two things I can talk about forever: astrology and RuPaul's Drag Race. I'm a forever student of esoteric studies, an intuitive tarot reader, and a certified yoga teacher.

My journey to starting Dee Asana was a wild ride. Friends and family were shocked when I, of all people, dove headfirst into healing, wellness and spirituality. Before Dee Asana, I was all about chasing what I thought was a good time, but deep down, I was just filling a void. Then, hot yoga found its way into my life. I'd dabbled in yoga before and shrugged it off, but this time was different. It sparked something within me, leading me on a journey to discover esoteric rituals that truly resonated. I'm living proof that spirituality isn't reserved for the stereotypical "zen" types – it's for anyone and everyone.

In the midst of the pandemic chaos, a vivid dream drove me to turn a vision into reality. I knew I had to manifest it - it was my calling. Today, I'm thrilled to hold space for the collective through Dee Asana - your compass for your spiritual, healing, and wellness journey.

Dee Asana is a sanctuary where spirituality meets the real world, offering cosmic guidance through tarot and astrology, alignment through yoga asana, and serenity through mindful meditations and rituals. It's a space where you can explore, discover, and embrace the richness of your soul's journey.

Through a unique blend of esoteric practices combined with holistic healing, I've found a profound enrichment of my soul. And my hope is that you'll find the same enrichment in your journey with Dee Asana.

Here's to embracing spirituality without losing touch with the real world.

Xo,

Dee
